6. Use the information in Table 3-1 to modify your ATM
network parameters.

the previous settings.
Parameter Definition
Multiport
Select PNNI or Failover (UNI) mode.
Options include:
•
YES
- enables PNNI and
load-
sharing ports on the module and
disables failover mode.
•
NO
- disables PNNI and enables fail-
over mode.
Default is No.
ATM Address
Prefix
Enter the server address associated with
this port. It must match the PNNI peer
group ID of the ATM switch.
PNNI Level
Enter the desired PNNI level. The lowest
level is 0, the highest level is 104
,
in
multiples of 8. The default is 96.
Administrative
Status
Select the Administrative status of the
port from the pull-down menu. Options
include:
•
Up
- Enables the ATM Uplink
module.
•
Down
- Disables the ATM Uplink
module.
Default is Up.
