Avaya maintains copies of technical documentation on the Avaya
Web server. To access online documentation, including HTML and
PDF documents, use Netscape Navigator

version 4.5 or higher or
Microsoft

Internet Explorer version 3.x or higher and enter the
following URL:

You must have a browser installed on your system in order to use
the online help. The following browsers are supported:
■ Netscape Navigator 4.5 or later
■ Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.0 or later
* Note: If you are using Netscape

, use version 4.5 or later.
Also, you must configure the Proxies to:
Direct Connection to the Internet.
Open:
Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Proxies
and verify that the Direct Connection to the Internet
button is selected.
When launching the online help, wait until the help window has
completely loaded before resizing the window.
