Recalling text and Auto format tem-
plates
To recall a file that has been saved:
1 Rotate r until MEMORY is displayed, and
then press r (OR hold down d and
press 8). The MEMORY screen appears.
2 Rotate r (OR press m or g) until !

moves beside RECALL.
3 Press r (OR press n).
The RECALL screen
appears in the display with the currently
selected file number
.
For a text file:
For an Auto format template file:
4 Rotate r (OR press m or g) until the file
number containing the text that you wish to
recall is displayed. The file name is shown
beside the file number and the text stored in
the selected file number is shown at the bot-
tom of the display.
5 Press r (OR press n). Any text previously
entered in the display is erased and the text
stored under the selected file number is
recalled into the display.
Deleting a file
To delete a file that has been saved:
1 Rotate r until MEMORY is displayed, and
then press r (OR hold down d and
press 8). The MEMORY screen appears.
2 Rotate r (OR press m or g) until !

moves beside CLEAR.
3 Press r (OR press n). The CLEAR screen
appears in the display with the currently
selected file number.
For a text file:
NOTE
An Auto format template that has been stored in the
memory can be recalled when you are asked to
select a template in the Auto format function.
NOTE
To quit the Recall function without recalling any
text, press e (OR hold down d and press 8).
