5 Rotate r (OR press m or g) until the file
number containing the text that you wish to
print is displayed. The file name is shown
beside the file number, and the text stored
under the selected file number is shown in
the bottom line.
6 Press the space bar so that ! appears to the
right of the file name.
7 Repeat steps 5 and 6 until ! appears to
the right of all files to be printed. Files
marked with ! will be printed.
8 Press r (OR press n). The MENU screen
appears in the display.
9 Make sure that !
!!
! is beside PRINT, and then
press r (OR press n). The text stored
under the selected file numbers is printed.
To change the style of the stored Auto for-
mat template:
0 Rotate r (OR press m or g) until !
!!
!
moves beside CHANGE STYLE.
A Press r (OR press n).
B Rotate r (OR press m or g) until the
name of the desired format style is dis-
played. A sample can be seen on the right
side of the display.
C Press r (OR press n). The MENU screen
appears in the display again.
To print more stored Auto format template
files:
D Rotate r (OR press m or g) until !
!!

moves beside CONTINUE.
E Press r (OR press n). The PRINT screen
appears in the display with the currently
selected file number.

To see other parts of the selected text file, press
j or k.

Auto format template files of the same tape
width are displayed grouped together.

If multiple files are to be printed, follow steps

is to be printed, steps

To remove a file from those that are to be
printed, select the file, and then press the space
bar to remove the

from the right side of the
file name.
