Playing Voice Messages
Follow the steps below to listen to voice messages.

Press Play/Record.
Adjust volume by pressing or .
All new messages are played in the order they were recorded.
The LCD shows the number of the current message, and the
total number of messages.
If Caller ID information was received, the fax machine beeps
during the message and displays the Caller ID information for
one second.
During playback, the LCD shows the time and date the
message was recorded.

Press (RWD) at the end of the message to repeat a
message. Press (FWD) to skip to the next message.
You can press and repeatedly until you reach the
message you want to play.

Press Stop/Exit.
Printing a Fax Message
Once you print a new fax message stored in memory, it is erased
from the memory automatically.

Press Play/Record. After two seconds, the fax machine
begins to play voice messages.

After playing voice messages,
the display asks if you want to
print fax messages that are in
the memory. There is no
display if there are no faxes.

To print the fax messages, press 1.

Press 2 to exit without printing.
Backup Printing Option
When you have set Fax Forward/Fax Storage to ON in the
Message Centre mode, all incoming fax messages are stored in
the available memory for retrieval. To print a backup copy
automatically, turn this option on.

Press Menu/Set, 8, 3. The screen prompts you to select a
setting.

Press ▲ or ▼ to display ON (or OFF).
Press Menu/Set.

Press Stop/Exit.
