Place your original on the platen glass ➞ press [Frame Erase].
If necessary, see the screen shot in step 2 of “Original Frame Erase,” on p. 2-7.

Press [ ] or [ ] until ‘BINDING HOLE’ appears ➞
press [OK].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select the border where the binding
holes are located (‘LEFT’, ‘RIGHT’, ‘TOP’, or ‘BOTTOM’) ➞
press [OK].
The border is where the binding holes are located on the original, if you visualize
the original as being face up.

Press [ ] or [ ] to set the frame erase width ➞
press [OK].
The Standby display appears, and an asterisk (*) appears on the LCD display
indicating that the Binding Erase mode is set.
