againasfollows.
1.Makesuretheprinterisonandconnectedtothenetworkortoalocalport.
2.InthePrintermenu,selectthenameofthedesiredprinter.
Aftertheprinterisdetected,theprinterstatusisshown.
3.Ifinformationabouttheprinterisnotshowninstep2,chooseSearchPrinterinthePrintermenu.
4.Selectthezonetosearch(orselect*(MyZone)ifnozoneshavebeensetup)andclickthe
Searchbutton.
PrinternameslistedinthePrintermenuareupdatedwiththeprintersthatarenowdetected.
5.InthePrintermenu,selectthenameofthedesiredprinter.
Aftertheprinterisdetected,theprinterstatusisshown.
