  Bottom Tray    I have the DR 5020 and need to know if there is a way to have the tray return to it's normal location after my job has finished scanning... As it stands, once my job finishes, I have to push the power button for it to return after each job.

  Computer Locks UP    Just bought a used dr-5020. Have a problem with computer locking up when I start to scan. The scanner will run one page and computer says scanning and locks up with only one page scanned. Must do hard re-boot. Using scandall 21. Tried capture perfect and same thing happened.. Any ideas
