Setting Automatic Collate
This function automatically selects the Collate (Offset Collate) mode when the original is placed
in the feeder. This is helpful when making multiple copies, because the user does not need to
remember to select the Finisher mode.
NOTE
When Auto Collate is set to ‘On’ and you set the originals on the feeder, the collate mode is automatically selected
as listed below.
- [Offset Collate]: When Finisher-J1 is attached or Saddle Finisher-G1 is attached (Tray A exit slot is selected)
- [Collate]: When Saddle Finisher-G1 is attached (Tray A exit slot is not selected), only Inner 2way Tray-A1 is
attached, Copy Tray-F1 is attached, or Finisher is attached
The default setting is ‘On.’
1 Call up the desired screen as follows:
[Copy Settings]
[Auto Collate]
2 Select [On] or [Off], and press [OK].
The specified mode is set.
3 Press [Done] repeatedly until the Basic Features screen appears.
