5. Select Print from the File menu. You see a screen like this:
6. Open the Printer menu and select the same printer option you chose in the
Page Setup menu.
Note: Always select the same printer option in the Format for menu and the
Printer menu. If the settings are different, you may get unexpected results.
7. Select Print Settings from the pull-down menu.
You see your basic print settings:
