Comments:
Functions the same as ESC B, except that the variable c selects a
channel for the vertical tabs, which must be between O-7.
Therefore, up to eight sets of vertical tabs can be set. The
channels are selected by ESC
/.
To clear the tabs in channel c use
ESC b c 0.
