INK CARTRIDGE

Non-genuine ink
cartridge is installed.
This may void EPSON’s
warranty.
Select DECLINE (press the button) to
replace the ink cartridge with a genuine
Epson ink cartridge. Selecting ACCEPT (press
the button) may void EPSON’s warranty.

INK CARTRIDGE ERROR
PLEASE INSTALL THE CORRECT
CARTRIDGE
An ink cartridge that
cannot be used with
this printer is installed.
Remove the ink cartridge, and install an ink
cartridge that can be used with this printer.

INK CARTRIDGE ERROR
CHECK CARTRIDGE
REFER TO THE MANUAL
An ink cartridge with
the wrong product
code is installed.
Remove the ink cartridge, and install an ink
cartridge with the correct product code.

INK CARTRIDGE
REPLACE INK CARTRIDGE
The ink cartridge is
expended.
Replace the ink cartridge with a new one.

COMMAND ERROR
CHECK DRIVER SETTINGS
Damaged data has
been sent to the
printer.
Stop printing, and press the button for 3
seconds.
The printer receives
data with a wrong
command.
The installed printer
driver is not correct for
the printer.
Stop printing, and press the button for 3
seconds. Then make sure that the installed
printer driver is correct for the printer.
PAPER CUT ERROR
PRESS THE MENU BUTTON TO
MOVE THE CUTTER TO
REPLACEMENT POSITION
Paper is not cut
correctly when Roll
Auto Cut On s
selected.
Release the paper lever, and then
remove the uncut paper. Finally, set the
paper lever to the secured position.

Paper cutter may be blunt. Replace the
paper cutter.

LOAD PAPER PROPERLY
The paper is not
loaded straight.
It may not be printed in the printable area
properly.
Load the paper straight.
