RS-232 and IR Over XTP Communication
The RS-232 and IR Over XTP connector is for pass-through transmission of serial signals,
such as projector control signals, and Infrared data (see figure 13 for an example of how to
wire the connector).

ATTENTION: The length of exposed wires is critical.
• The ideal length is 3/16 inch (5 mm).
• Longer bare wires can short together
• Shorter wires are not as secure in the connectors and could be pulled out.
