Clearing jams from the door areas
Jam inside the lower right door
Follow these directions to clear jams in lower right door area.
1 Open the lower right door.
2 Pull the jammed media up and out of the printer. Make sure that you have
removed any pieces of torn media.
3 Close the lower right door to reset the printer.
