To create a stored job

Open the printer driver. (See “Open the printer driver” on page 22.)

.

Type the user name and job name.
The job does not print until someone requests it at the printer.
To print a stored job
You can print a job that is stored on the printer hard-disk accessory at the control panel.

button) to open the menus.

button) to scroll to RETRIEVE JOB, and then press .

Use or to scroll to the user name, and then press .

Use or to scroll to your job name, and then press .

Use or or the numeric keypad to specify the number of copies, and then press .

Press P

ESUME
to close the menus.
If PRINT has (P
ADLOCK
symbol) next to it, the job requires a PIN to begin printing.
