To duplex in Windows (all versions)
1 Open the printer driver. (See “Open the printer driver” on page 22.)
2 On the Finishing tab, select Print on Both Sides.
3 Click OK.

The preceding procedures change the printer’s settings for a print job. To change the printer’s default settings,
see “Changing default settings” on page 23.
Store print jobs that you can print later
You can download a print job to the printer hard-disk accessory with or without printing it. You can then print the job when
you want to at the printer control panel. For example, you might want to download a brochure or instruction manual that
other users can gain access to and print.
To store a print job on the hard-disk accessory, select the Stored Job option in the printer driver when you are printing from
the printer control panel.
Note
To protect a stored job, assign a personal identification number (PIN) to the job.
