System action: If you requested Catalog Management actions or Restart and TME 10 OPC has collected dataset
information, the dataset list panel will be displayed with this error message (rather than the expected Step list panel).
If you requested Browse-Joblog nothing will be displayed.
User response: TME 10 OPC can not perform step-level restart for this job and you can not browse the joblog.
Contact your system programmer to find out why the joblog could not be accessed.
System programmer response: Check if JOBLOGRETRIEVAL(IMMEDIATE) was specified and the job contained
no catalog updates. (IMMEDIATEALL is required to guarantee always to find a joblog, or the STORELOG keyword in
the controller must be set to ALL). Check if the joblog was specified in a class that catalog management is requested
to check. If you are using the archiver interface, check that the archiver still has the SYSOUT for the job. If it does
check the logic of EQQUX010.
