Factory Service
If the unit is faulty, you can phone your designated InterĆ
mec Service Center for repair advice, instructions, or to obĆ
tain factory-quality repair service. Their telephone number
and address can be found on the warranty card.
Many failures may be repairable on-site, which is why it is
important that you telephone first.
When products must be shipped for repair:
" Package the unit in the original shipping carton, if
possible.
" Fill out a Product Service Information Card (a part of
the warranty card). Send this card with the product.
" For warranty or technical assistance, telephone
1-800-755-5505.
