SEQUENCE PROGRAMMING
3.9.3 Internal Relays M
Internal relays are auxiliary relays that are used in the PLC function and cannot latch
data (backup for power failure).
All internal relays are turned off when:
Power is switched from off to on; or
Reset is performed.
There are no restrictions on the number of contacts (N/O and N/C contacts) used in
the program.
Use outputs (Y) when outputting the operation results of the sequence program to
outside the inverter.

When X0 turns from OFF to ON, M0
(internal relay) is set (turned on).
M0 may only be turned on in
sequence function and cannot be
output to outside.
ON/OFF data of M0 is output to
outside.
No restrictions on the number of
used contacts.
