Reference lists and reports
You can print out the following lists and reports for your reference.
Setup list:
provides you with the current settings of the basic and advanced programming features (page 70 to page
74).
Telephone number list:
provides you with names and telephone numbers which are stored in one-touch dial and navigator
directory.
Journal report:
keeps records of fax transmission and reception. This report will be printed automatically after every 30
fax communications (feature #22 on page 71).
Printer test:
allows you to check the print quality of your unit. If the test print has a smudge, or blurred points or lines,
clean the thermal head (page 88).
Broadcast programming list:
provides you with entries which are stored in the broadcast feature (page 42).
Caller ID list:
keeps records of the last 30 callers after subscribing to a Caller ID service. This report will be printed
automatically after every 30 callers (feature #26 on page 71).
