When there is a problem with the lamp
The status of the indicator is displayed with the following symbols.

Either or both of the lamps do not turn on. (If both
of the lamps fail, they are cooling down. After the
standby indicator <STANDBY> turns on again, press
the power <POWER ON> button on the remote control
or the power button on the control panel.)

The recommended time to replace the lamp has been
reached.
The
will be displayed at the top right of the screen
to notify the user of replacement.
Replace the lamp unit as soon as possible. Replacing
the lamp will cause the lamp indicator <LAMP 1
REPLACE>/<LAMP 2 REPLACE> to turn off.
*1: The indicator will turn on or ash under certain conditions, regardless of the status of other indicators.
*2: The indicator will ash in approximately 1-second intervals.

The shutter cannot be opened or closed. The lamp will
turn off, cooling will begin and the projector will switch
to the standby mode. The power will turn on and the
projector will attempt to open the shutter automatically
up to three times. After three failed attempts, the
projector will switch to the standby mode after the
lamp has cooled.
