Diag Connection Set to NMS(CC).
NetMngmtAddress Set to 1.
3920Plus B Use Sync Leased (Originate) default configuration options with the following
exception:
Tx Clock Source
Set to RXC.
Diag Connection Set to Modem(DC).
Port Tx Source Set Port 1 to External.
