The value of sysUpTime at the time the FxPort entered its current operational
status. A value of zero indicates that the FxPort's operational status has not
changed since the agent last restarted.

Fx Port Fabric Login Table
The objects described in this section are in table format indexed by switch index
and port index. An example of how to access one of these objects is: "snmpget
localhost public fcFxPortFcphVersionAgreed.1.1". This table contains one entry
for each FxPort in the fabric element and the service parameters that have been
established from the most recent Fabric Login (implicit or explicit).
