This machine has 32 Quick Dial Keys (01 to 32), each of which can be pro -
grammed as one of the following. The page number shows the location of the pro -
gramming procedure.

Programming a New Quick Dial
1. Function 3 1
2. Press the Quick Dial Key that you wish
to program. Example: 01
Press No if you pressed the wrong key.

4. Enter the telephone number at the op -
eration panel’s ten key pad.
If your machine is behind a PBX, include the access code and a pause before the telephone
number.
For an international number, place a pause after the country code. To input a pause, press the
Pause key.
