Accepting Fax Messages Manually(Handset or Phone Needed)
To enable this feature, the Man-
ual Receive indicator should be lit.
If it isn’t, press the Receive key.
Answer the call with the handset.
If you hear a voice from the other end, speak in reply.
If you hear a tone every few seconds, a fax message is coming in.
Note: Remove any documents left in the feeder before you press Start.
If the person at the other end
wishes to send you a fax mes-
sage, press the Start key and
hang up the handset. Your fax
machine will accept the message.
