11.3 AT*E2SPN M2M Service Provider Indication
Causes the MS to return the service provider name stored in the SIM
card (<spi> parameter). The text will consist of a maximum of 16 bytes
containing the service provider name stored in the EF
SPN
file in the SIM
card (see GSM 11.11). ERROR is returned if the field is not present on
the SIM.
<c1> Description
Integer Path Loss criterion parameter for neighbour cells. The MS calculates
this parameter, in idle mode, to decide if the cell is suitable to camp
on. After the calculation the criterion is C1 > 0. See GSM 05.08
<c2> Description
Integer Cell reselection parameter for neighbour cells. This parameter shall
optimise the selected cell reselection
<ta> Description
0-63 According to GSM 04.18 V8.6.0, the coding of the timing advance
value is the binary representation of the timing advance in bit periods;
1 bit period = 48/13 ìs. <ta> is the integer representation of the timing
advance in binary format
64-255 Reserved
<tn> Description
0-7 Its value indicates the time slot number in a traffic channel
