15.4 AT*E2STKG M2M STK Get Inkey
The ME passes the parameters within GET INKEY command to the
external application by means of the unsolicited result code E2STKG.
The external application then sends AT*E2STKG with the user
response.

<coding> Description
0 Text is coded in unpacked format, using the SMS default 7-bit coded

alphabet, packed in 8-bit octets, as defined in GSM 03.38. It
corresponds to data coding scheme of 7 bit GSM default alphabet
