Somemessagesprovideinformationaboutthepapersupplyin thecassette
ortheconditionoftheEP-Lcartridge.Othershaveto dowithfontsoremu-
lations.
Anotherwayof consideringerrorsisthatsomeof themresultfromfailures
inhardwareorsoftware Othererrorsa~ functional,meaningthateitherthe
printer operatoror the host computerhas commandedthe controllerto
performan operationthatis beyondits designedcapabilities.
