The font and emulationcartridgeare pluggedinto the printer.They can
shouldnotbeinsertedor withdrawnwhiletheDATALEDis continuously
lit.If someonedoesthis,thescreenwillindicate“CARTRIDGEERROR”.
Theprintermustbereinitializedbyturningoffthepowerandthenon again.
If an emulationcartridgeis removedwhileit is beingaccessed,the screen
willindicate“CARTRIDGEERROR”untiltheprinteris re-poweredup.If
afontcartridgeisremovedwhiletheDATALEDisblinking,thescreenwill
display“REINSERTCART”.Inthiscase,theoperatormustinsertthefont
cartridgeor press [ERROR SKIP]. If [ERROR SKIP] is pressed,the
printerwill selectthe closestfont.
