Image is not full-screen.
Make sure that the resolution is set to 1024x768 whic h the system
supp orts na tive ly. Right-c lic k on your Windows d esktop a nd sele c t
Properties to bring up the Display Properties dialog box. Then click
on the Settings ta b to ma ke sure the resolution is se t to the
appropriate resolution. Resolutions lower than the spec ified
resolution are not full-screen on the computer or on an external
monitor.
No audio is heard from the computer.
Check the following:
The volume may be muted. In Windows, look at the volume
control (speaker) icon on the taskbar. If it is c rossed-out, c lick on
the ic on a nd deselec t the Mute option.
The speakers may be turned off. Press Fn-F8 to turn the spea kers
on (this hot key also turns the speakers off).
The volume leve l ma y b e too low. In Windows, look a t the volume
c ontrol ic on on the taskbar. You c an also use the volume c ontrol
buttons to adjust the volume. See Hot keys on page 15.
If headphones, earphones or external speakers are connected to
the line-out port on the c omputers right pa nel, the interna l
spea kers automa tic a lly turn off.
I want to eject the optical drive tray without turning on the power. I
cannot eject the optical drive tray.
There is a mechanical eject button on the optical drive. Simply insert
the tip of a pen or paperclip and push to eject the tray.
