2 Remove the screw (a) from the memory cover; then lift up and
remove the memory cover (b).
3 Inse rt the me mory mod ule dia g ona lly into the slot (a ), the n ge ntly
pre ss it d own (b ) until it c lic ks into pla c e .
4 Replace the memory cover and secure it with the screw.
The computer automatically detects and reconfigures the total
memory size.
Notebook Manager
The c omputer has a built-in system setup program c alled Notebook
Manager. The Windows-based Notebook Manager allows you to set
passwords, the startup sequence of the drives, and power
management settings. It also shows c urrent hardware c onfigurations.
