5 Log in to a website where you are already registered.

7 To close PlatinumKey when you are finished browsing, right-click
on the PlatinumKey icon on your Windows taskbar and select
Close PlatinumKey.

c lic k the G o button. Also, you c a n c lic k the View button to view the
se lec ted we bsite informa tion inc luding Web Na me , Use r Na me ,
Pa ssword, and Web URL. Simila rly, type the first lette r(s) of a site on the
list, and the site will be searc hed and selec ted.
You c an Edit and Delete the sites as well as other information, and
Sa ve or C a nc el the c ha nge s you ma de , by selec ting the button
corresponding to each command.
Using passwords
Three password types protec t your c omputer from unauthorized
ac c ess. Setting these passwords c reates several different levels of
protection for your computer and data:
Setup Password prevents unauthorized entry into the BIOS Utility.
Onc e set, you must key-in this password to gain ac c ess to the BIOS
Utility. Se e BIO S Utility on page 55 and your online guide for
more details.
Power-On Password sec ures your c omputer a gainst unauthorized
use. Combine the use of this password with password checkpoints
on boot-up and resume from hibernation for maximum security.
Hard Disk Password protec ts your data by preventing
unauthorized ac c ess to your hard disk. Even if the hard disk is
removed from the computer and moved to another computer, it
c annot be ac c essed without the Hard Disk Password.
