Power Requirements
The installation site should have a 120VAC power receptacle readily
available to power up the unit. The unit can also be powered by –48VDC
or +/–24VDC.
Power Installation
A.C. Power Installation
The ICX-250 unit is equipped with an AC receptacle located on the back
of the unit.
D.C. Power Installation
When wiring to an external power source, such as a battery rack, fuse
panel, or circuit breaker, make sure that the correct rating of wire is used.
It is recommended you use 20 to 18 gauge wire.
Note:
The ICX-250 unit can have both an AC and DC
power source connected to it at the same time. These
two power inputs will share the power load. However,
if one fails the other will carry the full load.
