Okidata Service Centers
Your printer has a 1-year on-site warranty. (US and Canada). If you need to
ship your printer to a service center, repack it in the original packing
materials. If the original packaging is not available, contact your dealer or
1-800-OKIDATA for shipping instructions.
• Allow 30 days for round trip shipping and repair via a depot.
• Carry-in repairs must first be called in to schedule service.
• Before shipping your printer, call for a return authorization number
(RA).
