Connecting the monitor video cable
After you plug in the monitor power cord, connect the monitor video cable to
the computer’s monitor port.
To connect the monitor video cable, follow these steps:
1Attach the monitor video cable to the monitor.
On some monitors, the cable is already attached.
2Attach the monitor video cable to the monitor port on the back of the computer.
The monitor port is marked with the ™ icon (symbol).
If your monitor has a microphone or speakers, you may need to connect
additional cables. See the documentation that came with the monitor.
