2 ClickNetworkandthenclick“Assistme.”
3 ClickDiagnosticstoopenNetworkDiagnostics.
4 Followtheonscreeninstructions.

Internetserviceprovider(ISP)youaretryingtoconnectto,withanexternaldeviceyou
areusingtoconnecttoyourISP,orwiththeserveryouaretryingtoaccess.
