Overview
Table 2-1 describes the steps needed to install the IntraSwitch
5308FL.
The steps that are optional are labeled “optional”; the steps that
are required are labeled “required.” The sections that follow
explain each step in detail.
To install the IntraSwitch 5308FL:

Install the IntraSwitch 5308FL in an equipment
rack or prepare it for desktop placement.
