Remove the paper from the multi-purpose tray.

Fan the paper stack, and then reload it in the multi-purpose tray.

Make sure that the paper is inserted fully into the multi-purpose tray and
touches the back of the tray and remains below the limit

Open the top cover of the printer and close it, or press the Go switch to start
