How to access the menu mode 3
a Press any Menu buttons (a, b, OK or Back) to take the machine offline.
b Scroll through each menu level by pressing a or b ( + or -) for the direction you want.
c Press OK when the option you want appears on the LCD. The LCD will then show the next menu level.
d Press a or b ( + or -) to scroll to your next menu selection.
e Press OK or Go.
When you have finished setting an option, the LCD will show Accepted.

There are seven menus. For more information about the selections available in each menu, see the following
tables.
If no control panel operations are performed for 30 seconds, the LCD returns to Ready mode.
NOTE
The LCD displays the tray names as follows:
• Standard paper tray: Tray1
• Multi-purpose tray: MP Tray
• Optional lower tray
