6.3.2 Electrical Characteristics
(1) Input signal level
All the input signals are at C-MOS level.
"HIGH" level : 4.0V at minimum
"LOW" level : 1.0V at maximum
(2) Output signal level
All the output signals are at C-MOS level.
"HIGH" level : 4.5V at mimimum
"LOW" level : 0.1V at maximum
(3) I/O Conditions
All the input and output signals are pulled up by 3.3 k
