Mouse does not respond to
movement or is too slow, cont.
Program in use has stopped
responding to commands.
Shut down your computer using the
keyboard. Refer to the preceding
problem “Mouse connector is not
properly plugged into the back of the
computer” for details about shutting
down using the keyboard.
Mouse will only move vertically
or horizontally.
Mouse roller ball is dirty. Remove roller ball cover from bottom
of mouse and clean with mouse
cleaning kit available from most
computer stores.
Mouse needs repair. See your Certificate of Warranty for
details.
