4 If there is a time period for the event, touch and type the From
and To date and time.
If the event is a special occasion such as a birthday or spans a
whole day, set the From and To date, and then select the All day
check box.
5 Type the event location and description.
6 Decide whether it is a recurring event in Repetition and choose
how often it occurs.
7 In Reminders, set when the reminder appears before the event.
8 To invite your friends to join this event, type their e-mail addresses
into the Add guests text box. The invitation will be e-mailed to
them when this event is set up.
9 Touch Done and the event is created.
NOTE: To quickly set up an event in day, week, or month view, touch
and hold an empty time slot. A new event details screen opens with the
selected time slot and date in the From and To fields.
To view the calendar
You can display the calendar in daily, weekly, or monthly view. To
change the calendar view,
touch the
Day, Week, or Month tab.
While viewing the calendar you can:
In the Day or Week view, touch an event to open a quick view
window of the event. On the quick view window, you can touch
Details to view details about the event, or touch Delete to delete
the event.
Touch and hold an event to modify the event.
To view and synchronize multiple calendars
If you have set up more than one account on your device, you can
view multiple calendars from the accounts on your device. You can
configure which calendars to synchronize to the device, and which of
those to show or hide on the device in Calendar.
To set whether calendars are visible, follow the steps below:
