5 Look inside the printer. Grasp any jammed media with both hands
and pull it gently towards you.
6 Slide the simplex unit or optional auto-duplex unit firmly back into
the printer until it snaps into place.
7 Replace the output bin and push it into the printer until both sides
snap into place.
8 Reinsert Tray 2 into the printer.
9 Press (help button) to clear the message in the LCD control
panel, and then press (select button) to continue printing.
