Follow the prompts on the display to continue, or replace the indicated cartridges with genuine HP cartridges.

Solution one: Replace the cartridges
1. Check that power is on.
2. Remove cartridge.
a. Open cartridge door.
Wait for the print carriage to move towards the center of the product.
