Function: Used when a document has more than one subjob and you
want to control whether different subjobs have the same
format.
The %%IncludeFeature: newlayout command is used at
the beginning of subjobs to do one or both of the following:
Indicate to the printer that new document
formatting options, such as grids, book-
lets, borders, margins, pages sizes, page
offsets, and orientation, should apply from
this point on.
Indicate that a new collation range is to
take effect from this point on. This com-
mand is intended for use when multiple
small documents are combined into a sin-
gle print job in order to control which QMS
formatting or finishing command settings
may be changed and when they take
effect.
Syntax: %%IncludeFeature: newlayout(value)
Parameter:
value
Default: n/a
Range: off, on, collate, on collate
off
Ignores any changes to layout or collation properties
specified at this subjob boundary via DOC. The layout and
collation properties in effect with the previous subjob remain
in effect. This command is equivalent to the absence of the
%%IncludeFeature: newlayout command altogether.
