• The tray is empty.
• The wrong size media
is loaded.
• Paper is loaded and
transparency was
requested or vice versa.
• Media is not being
picked up from the tray.
• Media is stuck in the
printer.
• Load the type of media requested.
• Load the correct size media.
• Load the type of media requested.
• Clean the picker rollers. See "Clean-
ing the pick rollers" on page 4-14.
• Clear the paper path. See "Clearing
the paper path" on page 4-11
LOAD RIBBON The ribbon type that is
loaded does not match
the requested ribbon
type.
Load the type of ribbon requested.
