• Turn off the printer.
• Disconnect all cables except power.
• Turn on printer.
• If error doesn’t clear, call for service
• If error code disappears, the com-
puter, cabling or software could be
causing the problem.

ENCY/RECEIVER
The printer completes
the print cycle, but there
is not image on the
RECEIVER
•Press the print button on the printer to
make a Test Print
• If the Test Print is blank, call for ser-
vice.
• If Test Print is not blank, reload soft-
ware and check cabling.
