Select the measurement units for values.
3 Enter a name for the custom paper size in the Custom Page Size Name
field, enter the dimensions in the Width and Height fields, enter the mar-
gins in Margins fields, and then click OK.
" The default units used for the dimensions for Width, Height and Mar-
gins is inches. To specify the dimensions in millimeters, select cm or
pts from the Units pop-up menu.
4 To add several different custom paper sizes, click New and repeat step 3.
" To delete an existing custom paper size, select the custom paper
size from the list on the center of the dialog box, and then click
Delete.
5 The custom paper size setting is saved, and the name of the custom
paper size can now be selected from the Paper pop-up menu.
6 After you have finished entering the settings, click OK.
