Open the lower left side cover.

Remove the jammed media.

Close the lower left side cover.
— OR —

Remove the selected media cassette (middle or lower media tray).
5
Remove the jammed media from inside the printer.
6
Reinsert the media tray.
7
Open and close the front cover to clear the error message from the
message display.
