Stack
This function collates copies of pages
from a multi-page original. Stacks of
each page's copies are shifted for ease
of separation.

Press the [Stack] key.

Enter the number of copies with
the number keys.

Place your originals, then press
the {

} key.
Note
❒ When placing originals on the
exposure glass, start with the
first page to be copied. When
placing originals in the docu-
ment feeder (ADF), set so that
the last page is on the bottom.
❒ When placing originals on the
exposure glass or in the docu-
ment feeder (ADF) using batch
mode, press the {
{{
{#}
}}
} key after all
have been scanned.
Staple
An optional finisher is required to use
this function.
Each copy set can be stapled together.
Important
❒ If you staple copies without the
stapler cartridge for Saddle Stitch
when using the Booklet Finisher, a
paper misfeed may occur.
Note
❒ You cannot use the Bypass Tray
with this function.
